Impact – South Loop is excellent. I’ve been working with Matt (Mateus) and I really cannot praise his direction of my physical rehabilitation from knee surgery enough. Matt’s knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation therapy is immense and diverse. Many different exercises are used. Matt’s therapeutic touch is healing, and his humanist perspective informs everything he does and provides clients with great encouragement, motivation, and a sense of accomplishment. I’m very pleased with my choice to use Impact and its team, especially Matt!

Kristin is amazing. The entire staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable, hands-on approach (literally!), and thoughtful of personalizing plans toward everyone individually based on needs. I feel significant peace of mind having gone here for the past several years throughout many major back and neck issues, and that’s half the battle. Thank you, team!

I have been making good progress thanks to Courtney Anderson, PT. Knowledgeable, Attractive, Pleasent, Skilled with Good manners.My TKR recovery is improving after every visit.I recommend her if you can get on her schedule.Impact has a nice professional team. The email follow-up plans/directives keep me engaged. I’m asked to follow Exercises programs on days I’m not at the facility and submit results.I’m pleased with Impact.

My experience at Impact (Lakeview location) has been top-notch from the first visit! They consistently provide focused care, useful insight, and a caring approach for rehab & recovery. Kyle S. has worked with me extensively through two injuries this year and has been excellent! He explains things clearly, gives tangible directions/advice, and always follows up. The rest of the staff is great too, I highly recommend Impact PT!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Amanda is empathetic and gave me great advice and encouragement when I was in pain. It was obvious that she really cared and thought about how to help. I always left there feeling better.

I recently have been receiving PT at Impact with Bob for my shoulder. I’ve only had a few sessions and I’m feeling much better. Bob is very knowledgable, and has understood my shoulder issue. I’m happy that I’m not feeling the pain that I had before starting PT.Thank you.

They are always smiling and are full of encouragement for their customers. The level of care that I have received in the 4 weeks I have been going to Impact has been outstanding. I have been very pleased with my progress with therapy. I truly wondered how much it would help the pain in my lower back and sciatica. Thanks to Courtney, my therapist and the assistants there I am feeling much better and am continuing my sessions. Courtney listened to my concerns and understood the problem I was having. She put together a plan and thankfully it is helping.

I have worked with Gretchen Thompson, Trae Moberly, and Daniel Cummins. They are amazing physical therapists who are ver passionate about their work. They pay close attention to, and fully address, the questions and concerns of their patients. They are very supportive in working to achieve improvement in their patients progress and mobility, They also ensure that patients will continue to do well by providing ongoing exercisers that can be done once their onsite sessions have finished. Gretchen is very effective at identifying a patient’s condition and establishing a course of action to provide for their improvement.

The Physical Therapist I worked with was very knowledgeable about my circumstance and the process of correcting my bite. I was given exercises to do at home. In a short period of time the pain has begun to subside and I can see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Iv’e had pt before for a broken arm. The therapist just had me work on machines doing 3 reps of 10 for the hour. No one did hands on therapy. At Impact, the first half hour was hands on/myofascial release which really helped with my tight muscles and sciatica issues. Bob was fantastic. He is always asking me questions regarding pain and how I am doing. I would definitely recommend this group. Fantastic!

Bob, Lynne, Tammy and all the staff couldn’t be any better. Professional, courteous, compassionate, respectful, dignified while always putting you and your health as the biggest priority. A warm and welcoming environment to enable a positive atmosphere for you to accelerate your recovery or goals. I won’t ever go anywhere else for any fitness recovery or therapeutic needs.
