We adequately prepare you, mentally and physically, for return to your sport. Our specialties include but are not limited to:

ACL Rehab

ACL tears and injuries commonly occur, with or without contact. This occurs in sports that require jumping, pivoting, landing or quick changes in directions. We are specialists in ACL injuries. This includes,  non-surgical and surgical rehabilitation. Our clinicians will design a comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation program that is specific to your recovery needs. We will focus on working towards your return to your favorite sport.

Concussion Management

Concussions are a major concern in sports and should not be taken lightly. Our physical therapists will examine your neurological, orthopedic, and cardiovascular systems. This is to best prescribe a routine to address your symptoms and get you on the road to recovery.

Overhead Athlete Rehab

Athletes that perform repetitive overhead movements place unique demands on their bodies. Especially, at the shoulder and elbow, amongst other parts of the body. Appropriate mechanics during overhead throwing motion requires a delicate balance between shoulder complex, trunk, hip mobility and functional stability.  Our clinicians will customize plan of care allowing for improved performance and a quicker return to your sport.

General Orthopedics

Strains, sprains and tears can occur when tendons and muscle fibers or ligaments are stretched beyond their limits. Our musculoskeletal specialists will take you through a comprehensive evaluation. This is going to assess your strength, range of motion, joint stability and goals. This will help us develop a course of treatment, to get you back in the game.

Returning to play after an injury is different for every athlete. We will communicate with your sports medicine team to make sure all the benchmarks and protocols are met before you return.

Our team will work to improve your strength and range of motion and strengthen the deficiencies that lead to your injury. Working with you on proper mechanics and form this will help reduce risks for reinjury. Contact us today to schedule a consultation!
